We begin with a short introduction and guided meditation, followed by 25 minutes of slow, circular breathing to music. From a more centred nervous system and connected state, dive into your writing, creative project or journal and enjoy some creative flow to music. Optional stream-of-consciousness writing exercises and prompts. 

 

Feel free to drop in and out of the session as time allows.
