When guided by a trained facilitator, in a safe, trauma sensitive and supportive space, NDB is very safe.
That said, because breathwork can shift energy, emotions and physiology, there are certain conditions where it is not appropriate, or where professional support is needed.
For your own safety, please carefully and honestly review the below contraindications prior to booking a Neurodynamic class.
If in any doubt, check with your doctor or health practitioner. To book a free 15 minute discovery call, please email Rosalind at info@breathewrite.co.uk
If NDB is not suitable for you, come and enjoy a Breathe & Flow relaxation session incorporating slower, deeper breathing to music.

Breathwork is not about pushing, fixing or overriding your system. It’s about surrendering, trusting the process and learning to listen.
The experience is completely powered by you and your breath. You are always in control. You can slow down, rest or stop at any point. There is no ‘right’ way to breathe.
Each session unfolds differently. Nothing is forced, on the contrary we encourage you to soften the body, trust and follow your intuition.
Support is always available during the session.
By choosing to take part, you confirm that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and that you are participating having understood the above.
